摘    要:提出一种基于现代测试手段的低压电器灭弧系统的研究和开发技术.它以振荡回路为电源,代替传统的短路试验站做分断试验;以可折式灭弧室代替正规的样机,以现代测试方法测量灭弧室的各种物理参数,判断灭弧室的分断性能,达到加速灭弧系统开发速度、降低开发成本、提高设计性能和节能的目的.最后,介绍了该技术在低压电器灭弧系统设计中的几个应用实例.

Abstract:A research and developed technique of low-voltage arc quenching system based on modern measuring and testing approaches was proposed. This technique takes synthetic circuit as testing source instead of traditional short circuit test station with demountable quenching chamber to do the interrupting test together with modern measuring and testing approaches to get the key information of interrupting performance. This allows the development process to be speeded up, significant optimization of the chamber configuration and geometry, considerably reduction of development cost, uprading quality of design and saving the electrical power. Some real examples for this technique applied in low-voltage electrical apparatus were introduced in this paper.
