| 摘 要： | 我国第一份建设工程招投标可信度评价报告及其评价标准不久前在江苏省南京市发布.作为现有招投标监督机制的有益补充和创新,可信度评价受到了社会各界的广泛关注.本文通过分析现有招投标监督机制的特点和不足,指出招投标市场引入多元化监督机制的必要性,详细介绍了招投标可信度的评价标准,并对评价的推行提出了观点.

| Abstract: | The first report of reliability appraisal on construction project bidding and its standard in China were published in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province lately. As a salutary supplement and creation of current bidding supervision system, the reliability appraisal caught social eyes widely. By analyzing the characteristics and deficiencies of current bidding supervision system, this article points out the necessity on inducting multiform supervision methods into it. Furthermore, it introduces the appraisal standards of bidding reliability detailedly, and puts forward points of view on executing this reliability appraisal. |
