| 摘 要： | 矿业是不可再生资源开发利用的源头与消耗的“大户”,用循环经济理论指导矿产资源的开发利用与保护规划具有重大意义。通过矿产资源的综合利用可实现资源开采的减量化;通过废渣、废气和尾矿的回收利用可实现资源的再循环。在长兴县煤山地区矿产资源的规划编制过程中,以循环经济理论为指导,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | As one of the largest consumer of non-renewable resources,mining industry has used plenty of mineral resources.Therefore,it is important to use the recycle economy theory to guide mineral resource planning.With the resource comprehensive utilization,the developing resource can be decreased;with the reusing of waste residue,waste gas and tailings,the recycle of resources can be realized.In programming of mineral resource in Meishan area,Changxing County,the recycle economic theory is taken as guidance,and good effect are achieved. |
