先进控制技术的应用与研究

摘    要:近几年来,集散控制系统已经在石化装置上普遍推广应用,为了进一步提高其控制水平,开发控制系统的先进功能,克服目前DCS存在的“高能低用”运行状态,国际上已经应用了先进控制技术(APC),在不打破过程约束的前提下,使生产平稳操作,并使生产装置达到提高加工能力和产品质量,控制适宜的反应深度,降低被控制参数的标准偏差,达到装置操作更接近产品规格指标(即目标值和设备极限)。以国内某厂催化裂化装置先进控制器为例,论述建立控制器动态数学模型、预估算式的理论推导、实施原理以及控制器功能实现等,总结了应用经验,为应用与研究该项技术提供了理论与实践依据。

Abstract:In these years, DCS is widly applied in petrochemical field. To further enhance its control level, to explore advanced process control function, and to overcome DCS existing question advanced process control (APC) already applied in many developed country. Fushun No.1 refinery also developed and used this technology on the basis of summarizing its application technology and theory. In the presupposition of obeying process contraints, it makes operation stable and enhances processing capacity and improves product quality. This paper describes its building process, controller dynamical mathatics model, predictive equation deduction, implement theory and controller reliazing process and so on.
