以资源依托为特征的新材料产业在宁夏工业经济中占有重要地位,是宁夏的特色优势产业之一,目前,宁夏新材料产业面临着前所未有的良好发展机遇.在充分调查宁夏新材料产业发展现状的基础上,分别对宁夏新材料产业发展面临的优势(S)、劣势(W)、机遇(O)与挑战(T)进行了分析,利用S-W-O-T的不同组合有针对性地提出了发展的措施,最后,分别从企业层面和政府层面提出了宁夏新材料产业发展的企业运作策略与政府行为选择.

Study on Enterprise Development Strategies and Government Action Choice of Ningxia New Material Industry Development

The new material industry relying on the resources occupies an important position and is one of the special advantage industries in Ningxia industry economy. At present, new material industry of Ningxia is facing an unprecedented opportunity for development. Therefore, on the basis of systematical investigation on the development status of new material industries, the paper respectively analyzes the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that new material industries face. Using different combinations of S-W-O-T, it proposes the development measures. Lastly, it gives the enterprise development strategies and government action choice from the enterprise level and the government level so as to promote the development of the new material industry of Ningxia.
