涂层厚度对气化模铸钢件表面含碳量的影响

摘    要:用EPS做模型,干砂造型在负压的状态下浇注ZG25,系统研究涂层厚度对气化模铸造碳钢件表面含碳量变化。结果表明,适当的涂层厚度,铸件表面含碳量不会变化,随着涂层厚度的增加,铸件表面脱碳区-增碳区-正常区。

Abstract:Effects of coating layer thickness on the surface C content in ZG25 carbon steel casting in EPC by using EPS pattern, dry sand mould, and vacuum pouring were studied systematically. The results showed that surface C content has no change with proper coating layer thickness while with increasing in the coating layer thickness casting surface will appear in following sequence: decarburized zone carburized zone normal zone moreover,with decrease in decarbured zone and increase in carburized zone graduately.
