摘    要:针对近年来制动摩擦材料的发展趋势及要求 ,选用片状蛭石和玻璃纤维混杂作为增强体 ,改性树脂作为基体 ,研制出玻纤蛭石混杂增强摩擦材料。性能研究表明 ,该材料力学性能高 ,摩擦性能稳定 ,特别是高温磨损小 ,是一种理想的制动摩擦材料

Abstract:ln accordance with the recent development trend and the demand on the frictional brake material, a new composite material is developed which is composed with flake vermiculite and glass fiber hybrid as reinforcement and modified resin as matrix.The property investigation reveals that the new composite is a desirable brake material with high mechanical property,suitable and stable coefficient of friction and relatively low specific wearability especially at high temperature.
