固体充填采煤充实率设计与控制理论研究

摘    要:根据固体充填采煤密实充填体的不同充实率决定不同岩层移动控制效果及“等价采高”预计地表沉陷的原理,提出固体充填充实率设计的理论依据,定性分析影响充实率的主控因素,并分别基于等价采高、关键充填设备、工作面推进方向、固体充填材料力学特性、地质条件以及充填工艺实施等7个主控因素对充实率的不同影响机理进行理论分析,明确充实率设计的基本原理,建立不同覆岩条件及压煤类型条件下固体充填采煤充实率设计流程与方法,并提出充实率控制的基本原理及6项控制措施;结合济三矿固体充填采煤工程案例,对充实率的设计及控制理论进行了应用,充实率控制指标理论设计为88%,现场实测为90.3%。理论分析与实践表明,充填设备与地质条件对充实率的影响程度最显著,充实率的精确设计与良好控制是保证充填采煤技术成功实现岩层移动及地表沉陷控制的关键。

Backfill body’s compression ratio design and control theory research in solid backfill coal mining
Abstract:According to different backfill body’s compression Ratio(BBCR)decides different degree of strata movement and surface subsidence controlling effect,and the theory of “equivalent mining height”(EMH)model for surface subsidence predicting,the paper presented the theoretical basis for BBCR’s design in backfilling coal mining technology,qualitatively analysed the main factors that influences the value of BBCR,and theoretical analysis the different influencing mechanisms from EMH,key equipment,the retreating of advancing direction of mining face,solid backfilling materials’ mechanical characteristics,geological conditions and implementation of backfilling technology.Identifies seven basic principles of BBCR’s design,established the BBCR’s design process and method under different conditions of overburden and coal trapped types,meanwhile put forward controlling principles and six specific measures ensuing the engineering BBCR meeting the need of initial design.Combined with one engineering case of backfilling mining in Jining No.3 Coal Mine,tested and applied the design and controlling theory of BBCR,the original index of BBCR is 88%,field measured is 90.3%.Theoretical analysis and practice show that exactly design and good control of BBCR is the key for backfilling mining technology realizing strata movement and surface subsidence controlling.
