井采方向对露井协采边坡稳定影响的分析及优化

摘    要:为了得出露井协采矿山中井采工作面与露天矿边坡空间相对位置的最优布置方式,结合平朔矿区露井协采工程实践,设计了3套方案对不同井采工作面布置方向时井采对露天矿边坡稳定影响规律进行研究,研究表明:在露井协采中井采工作面与露天矿边坡面倾向平行布置时,井工开采对露井协采边坡稳定及端帮运输道路的不利影响最小。在井采工作面采取上述方式布置时,对井采工作面的推进方向进行优化分析,发现井采工作面沿背坡的方向回采时,露天矿边坡岩体受井采扰动较向坡开采时严重。故在露井协采工程实践中,建议井采工作面与露天矿边坡面倾向平行布置,采用向坡方向推进,以降低井工开采对边坡稳定的不利影响,提高煤炭资源采出率。

The influence of underground mining direction on cordinated open-pit with underground mining slope stability and optimization
Abstract:In order to get the optimal arrangement of space position between underground mining working face and open-pit mine slope in coordinated open-pit with underground mines,three schemes was designed to study the situation of underground mining disturbed open-pit coal mine slope under different layout direction of underground mining face under the background of coordinated open-pit with underground mining engineering practice in Pingshuo mining area.The results show that the adverse effect on the stability of open-pit coal mine slope which caused by underground mining is the lowest when the direction of underground mining face and dip direction of open-pit coal mine slope is parallel.Through the optimization analysis of underground mining direction when the underground mining face layout according to the above way,it finds that underground mining direction is along the inverse slope direction,the disturbance of open-pit coal mine slope produced by underground mining is more obvious compared with along slope mining.In coordinated open-pit with underground mining practice,the direction of underground mining face should layouted parallel with dip direction of open-pit coal mine slope,and the underground mining direction should choose along slope direction,so that the adverse effect on slope stability caused by underground mining will be reduced and recovery rate of coal resources will be improved.
