摘    要:针对我国煤矿综采工作面生产过程复杂、开采装备系统庞大、作业环境恶劣等特点,通过对现阶段综采工作面智能化发展水平的研究,提出综采工作面智能化生产模式,并重点介绍了智能化工作面需突破的关键技术、应用效果及存在的问题,通过黄陵一矿中厚偏薄煤层智能化无人开采的试验,证明了智能化生产模式是煤矿井下综采工作面无人化开采一种行之有效的手段,具有在薄及较薄地质条件较好的工作面推广的应用价值。最后提出综采工作面智能化技术与装备下一步工作重点是解决煤矸自动识别及煤岩分界技术、刮板输送机直线度检测与控制技术和开发支持过程、视频、3D可交互多视窗系统等。

Development of intelligent technology and equipment in fully-mechanized coal mining face
Abstract:In view of the complexity of the production process,large mining equipment system and harsh work environment in fully-mechanized coal mining face in China,this paper proposed the intelligent mining model based on fully investigation and research on the intelligent level in fully-mechanized coal mining face at present,and also focused on the key technologies need to break through,application effect and existing problem.The case of Huangling Mine No.1 shows that the intelligent mining is an effective method of unmanned mining in fully-mechanized coal mining face,and has the application value of promotion in thin and relatively thin seam where the geological condition is good.Finally,this paper advised that the important work next to do included interfacing coal and rock,scraper conveyor automatically finding straight and developing a multi window system supporting process data,video and 3D etc.
