| 摘 要： | 住宅房屋在建成的同时，也就开始了损耗。随着使用时间的加长，住宅房屋的各项性能也在不断下降，特别是房屋的安全性、耐久性、可靠性等。必须进行房屋修缮，并加强修缮过程中的监理工作。以便确保房屋得到妥善修缮，提高房屋的可靠性。

| Abstract: | When residential houses is built, it also starts to wear. As time passes, the performance of residential housing is on the decline, especialy its safety, durability, and reliability. So we must carry on the housing repair, and strengthen the supervision in the process of renovation in order to ensure the proper repair of house, improve its reliability. |
