| 摘 要： | 食物安全问题虽然引起了人们的关注和忧虑,但是对食物安全的理解,许多人还是一个模糊的概念。文章分析了中外食物安全问题的现状和对策,论述了食物安全问题的科学理念,分析了消费者对食物安全问题的某些误解,提出了饮食安全管理和加强食物安全性研究的方向。

| Abstract: | Many people still have an confused understanding of food safety although much attention has been paid on it and some worriment has been brought by it. In this paper, the status and policy of food safety in both China and foreign countries were discussed, the scientific idea of food safety was explained, and consumer's some misunderstanding on food safety was analysed.The author has pointed the correct ways to tighten the management of safe diet and to strengthen the research work on food safety. |
