摘    要:本文针对针形喷嘴的主要结构参数,对射流破碎长度和破碎液滴的尺寸进行了一系列的实验研究,得出了针形喷嘴的主要几何参数与射流破碎长度之间的关系,以及射流破碎后的液滴情况,为针形喷嘴的设计提供了依据。

Abstract:A series of experiments were carried out to investigate the broken length and the size of broken liquid drop, aimed at the main structural parameter of needle shape nozzle. The relationship between the main geometry parameter and the broken length was obtained, as well as the condition of liquid drop after the liquid jet was broken up. The relationship provided the basis for the design of needle shape nozzle.
