双层单钯三效催化剂(TWC)的研究

摘    要:Ce与Pd之间的强相互作用能够促进三效催化剂(TWC)在贫氧条件下对CO的氧化。碱性金属氧化物具有促进NOx还原的功能。结合两者的优点,设计了一种新型的双层单Pd三效催化剂,底层主要由Pd和Ce组成,上层由碱金属氧化物和Pd组成。实验证明,这种新型催化剂具有和含Rh三效催化剂相似的性能。

Abstract:It is known that the strong metal support interaction between cesium and palladium can promote conversion of carbon monoxide under fuel rich condition, while alkaline metals can store and release NOx. Through combination of these two advantages, a new double layer three way automotive catalyst was designed. The catalyst is composed of two layers: the upper one is composed of palladium and cesium, while the lower one is formd by palladium and alkaline metals. Experiments showed that the catalyst has the equivalent performance to that of rhodium based three way catalyst.
