| 摘 要： | 分析了国内外水资源合理配置的研究历程及发展趋势,论述了水资源合理配置必须要走社会、经济、环境协调发展的模式。在水资源合理配置过程中要充分体现配置的综合性、科学性、前瞻性和实践性,突出配置的重点,把握好配置的深度,使配置方案得以实现。
