摘    要:针对激光同轴度测量方法建立了主/从动轴的测量模型,推导出了不含安装误差的同轴度偏差量与设备测量值、安装误差之间的数学关系方程,通过在主/从动轴三个不同旋转角度测量出3组数据,并联立求解方程组,可得出不含安装误差的同轴度偏差量。该方法在提高测量精度的同时,还具有操作简单、适用范围广的特点。

Abstract:A measurement model was built toward a coaxiality measurement method based on laser collimation.Then mathematical relation among coaxiality deviation(without installation error),measuring result from measurement equipment and installation error was deduced.Coaxiality deviation(without installation error)can be worked out through obtaining three measuring result during the course of rotating drive shaft.This method not only increases measurement accuracy,but also can be operated simply and applied widely.
