| 摘 要： | 寻求洁净高效的新能源是近年来一个热门课题。世界各国投入了大量的资金和人力对其进行研究。最近，在天然气水合物（NGH）的基础研究、地质调查、勘探开发等领域取得了较大的进展。大多数科学家对开采利用天然气水合物这种清洁能源持乐观态度。
