摘    要:根据光伏阵列的输出伏安特性,建立了光伏阵列通用仿真模型,并在此基础上提出了一种自适应占空比干扰观察法,建立了以Boost电路为核心的仿真模型,通过控制Boost DC-DC变换器实现了光伏阵列的最大功率点追踪(MPPT),提高了光伏阵列的利用效率。对于三相光伏发电并网系统的研究,本文主要从PQ控制原理入手,在dq坐标系下建立了仿真模型,通过仿真得出PQ控制下的三相光伏发电并网运行特性,证明了仿真模型的正确性和有效性。

Simulation of Three-Phase Photovoltaic Grid-Connected System Based on Matlab/Simulink

Abstract:This paper establishes a general simulation model of the PV array according to its output volt-ampere characte-ristics. Based on this, it proposes a kind of adaptive duty cycle disturbance observation method, and establishes a simulation model with the boost circuit as the core. The maximum power point tracking is realized and the utilization efficiency is improved of the PV arrays by controlling the Boost DC-DC converter. For the three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected system research, this paper mainly starts with the PQ control principle, and establishes the simulation model in the dq coordinate system, and then simulates the operating characte-ristics of the three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected system under the PQ control. The correctness and validity of the simulation model is verified.
