Corrosion behavior of tantalum and its nitride in alkali solution

摘    要:The corrosion behavior of tantalum and its nitrides in stirring NaOH solutions was researched by potentiostatic method, cyclic voltammetry and XPS. The results showed that the corrosion products were composed of Ta2O5 and NaTaO3. The corrosion reaction formula of tantalum and its nitrides was written according to cyclic volt-ampere curves. The electric charge transfer coefficient and the electric charge transfer number were calculated.
