基于峰值电流控制的反激变换辅助电源设计

摘    要:介绍一种利用UC3844集成芯片实现的多路输出单端反激式开关电源。采用基于峰值电流检测方法控制,并加入低电压保护功能。该电源适用于IGBT开关管等驱动电路供电,可作为高压大功率场合辅助电源使用。文章给出了电路原理及实测波形,此电路目前已成功应用在一台软开关全桥PWM变换器的辅助电源中。

Abstract:It presents a single-end flyback converter with two outputs based on UC3844.The circuit uses peak current censoring method,together with under-voltage protection.This kind of power supply can be used in IGBT drive,and as the auxiliary power source of high voltage large power supply.It presents the scheme and the practical waveform in the experiment.This power supply has already been used in a full-bridge soft-switching PWM DC/DC converter.
