| 摘 要： | 针对济钢中型厂４５００ｍｍ轧机人字齿轮机座存在的承载能力低、齿轮轴寿命短等一系列问题，采用合理选材，提高齿轮制造精度及修复技术，及选用新润滑剂等改进措施取得了较好效果。
