| 摘 要： | 报道了５－甲基－２－巯基－１，３，４－噻二唑的合成及纯化方法，比较了合成该化合物的三条合成路线，详细研究了原料配比、溶剂用量、精制温度和时间对合成反应的影响，并确定了该化合物的结构。

| Abstract: | The synthesis and purification method of 5-methyl-2-thio-1,3,4-thiadiazole are reported, the three routes of synthesizing this compound are compared, the influences of the reactants' ratio, the solvent consumptions and the refining temperature and time are studied in details, and its structure is confirmed. |
