轧钢加热炉自动控制系统的应用

摘    要:加热炉控制采用PLC控制系统与检测仪表相结合,通过检测烧钢过程的各项工艺参数,实现优化数学模型控制及煤气和空气双交叉限辐最佳燃烧控制等,对加热炉的炉温、炉压、烟温及相关保护措施等项目进行自动控制,并由计算机系统控制的操作站监视全部生产过程。应用表明,该系统使加热炉更节能、高效、安全、稳定运行。
