β成核剂对硅微粉/PP复合材料的改性研究

摘    要:研究了β成核剂和活性硅微粉对聚丙烯(PP)熔体流动速率、热变形温度及力学性能的影响,结果表明,单独使用28%活性硅微粉改性PP,PP/硅微粉复合材料的熔体流动速率没有降低,热变形温度从92.3℃提高到104.9℃,室温缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率分别为纯PP的1.48倍和2倍。此外,β成核剂和活性硅微粉协同在PP增韧方面效果显著,在活性硅微粉28%和β成核剂0.5%含量时,PP复合材料室温缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率分别为纯PP的1.7倍和3.5倍,PP热变形温度提高了34.4℃,拉伸强度和维卡软化点有少许降低。

Abstract:The influence of β-nucleating agent and Active Microsilica on the melt flow rate(MFR),the heated-distortion temperature(HDT) and the mechanical behavior of polypropylene(PP) were studied.The results showed that when the content of active microsilica was 28 %,the MFR of PP/Microsilica composites wasn’t reduced,the HDT was 104.9 ℃,the notch impact strength of modified PP was 1.48 times of PP,while the e-longation at break was 2 times on room temperature.And β-nucleating agent and active microsilica can toughen PP,when the content of active microsilica was 28 % and β Nucleating Agent was 0.5 %,the notch impact strength of modified PP composites was 1.7 times of PP,while the e-longation at break was 3.5 times on room temperature,and the HDT was improved by 34.4 ℃,the tensile strength and vicat softening point of pp was decreased a little.
