植物黄酮类化合物的提取分离研究进展

摘    要:黄酮类化合物是在植物界分布广泛的天然酚类化合物,已发现具有多种生物学功能,从而备受国内外学者的关注。随着现代科技的进步,从植物中提取分离黄酮类化合物的技术已不断得到发展。文章介绍了黄酮的功能,对近几年黄酮的提取及分离方法的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Flavonoids were phenolic compounds which presence widely in plants.They have a wide variety of physiological activity,so they attract more and more researchers' attentions.With high speed of the technology development,flavonoids extraction and isolation from plants have been improving.In the present paper,the progress in the study on flavonoids' functions,different extraction and isolation methods in the recent years.
