Abstract:The adsorption conditions of separating L-phenylalanine by Dianion HP20 absorbent resin were studied in this paper.The optimum conditions were finally obtained by a series of experiments.In the room temperature,99 % yield of L-Phe was adsorbed on the Dianion HP20 column and 80 % NH4+ was flew out when the prepared mixture solution with a pH of 6.0,mainly containing 2 mol/l L-Phe and 0.5~0.75 mol/l NH4+ was passed through the HP20 resin column from the top at a flow rate of 2.0 BV/h.
