摘    要:用单因素实验考察了氨水浸提棉籽蛋白的工艺参数.采用响应面分析法对pH、提取时间和提取温度等主要工艺参数进行了优化,得到棉籽蛋白提取率的计算模型.模型预测最佳提取条件为pH 11.78,提取时间3.36 h,提取温度60℃,以及棉籽蛋白的提取率为77.35%.经平行实验,在预测条件下,棉籽蛋白的实验平均提取率为77.53...

Abstract:Process parameters on cottonseed protein extracted by ammonia was researched with the single factor experiment.The process conditions,such as pH,extraction time,and extraction temperature were optimized by response surface method.The extraction ratio model then was built.It was predicted that the extraction ratio was 77.35 % when the pH was 11.78,extraction time was 3.36 h and the extraction temperature was 60 ℃.With the parallel experiment,the average extraction ratio of cottonseed protein was 77.53 % under the optimized conditions.The experiment results agrees well with the predicted results.It was shown that the model can accurately predict the extraction ratio and the influence on extraction ratio from the operation conditions.
