| 摘 要： | 分析新加坡南洋理工学院（NYP）的创新教育思想和理念,介绍NYP的＂教学工厂＂、＂双轨教学＂等创新思路和办学理念,分析目前我国高等职业教育的现状和存在的问题,提出应结合我国高等职业教育的实际情况,借鉴NYP的成功经验,引入＂教学工厂＂模式,改革教学模式及课程设置,并加大师资培养。
