| 摘 要： | 笔者分析并提出了日常工艺管理的目的主要包含两个方面的内容,分别为保证工艺得到正确地贯彻执行和持续优化及改进工艺技术两个方面,为了达到这两个目的,笔者结合自动化作业程度较低的轻型车涂装生产线的具体特点,以及对质量信息的收集易操作性及其作用,提出并实施了两种日常工艺管理方法,取得了明显的成效。
