| 摘 要： | 乐昌峡水利枢纽工程正处于建设施工期，由于施工围堰及在建大坝或其它水工建筑物的挡水作用，对正在实施搬迁移民的库区来说，施工期若发生超标准洪水，将产生不同程度的淹没损失。笔者根据施工期洪水特点，探讨相应逃洪对策和库区临时度汛方案。

| Abstract: | In construction period of Lechangxia hydro project,if there is catastrophic flood caused by water retaining structures such as the dam on construction,cofferdam and other hydraulic structures,it will cause losses to the resettlement project in the zone of reservoir inundation.In this article,based on the feature of the flood in construction period,the writer researches and provides flood-escape countermeasures and flood season planning to reduce losses from catastrophic flood. |
