| 摘 要： | 高职院校以“能力本位”和“就业导向”为指挥棒的传统办学模式导致高职院校存在不同程度重专业、轻人文等问题，对此简析人文素质教育的内涵，并进一步阐述人文素质教育与大学生思想政治教育的关系，最后就工科高职院校人文素质教育的现状探讨促进人文素质教育的四个措施，以求巩固和加强工科高职院校大学生的思想政治教育工作。
