普林斯缩合反应制备3-甲基-3-丁烯-1-醇

摘    要:以异丁烯和多聚甲醛为原料,多相催化普林斯缩合反应制备3-甲基-3-丁烯-1-醇的工艺条件简单、易于工业化,开发前景广阔,有很大的经济效益和社会效益。通过对固定床工艺条件的研究表明:在反应温度240℃,甲醛空速0.5 h-1,异丁烯与多聚甲醛摩尔比2︰1的反应条件下,反应的收率最大。

Abstract:3-methyl-3-buten-1-ol was synthesized through heterogeneous catalysis by Prins condensation with 2-methyl propene and paraformaldehyde.The Process conditions were simple and easy to industrialize,have a broad development prospects.It had great economic and social benefits.Studying on process conditions in fixed bed reactorn shows that the yield of the reaction was the largest when reacted at 240 ℃,volume airspeed 0.5 h-1 and the mol ratio between isobutylene and paraformaldehyde was 2︰1.
