| 摘 要： | 用人单位对人才的个性化需求，应运而生了以“下订单”形式培养人才的模式。分析了目前职业教育订单培养模式的三种类型的内涵、特征及价值评价，并进一步探讨了这三种人才培养模式的局限性和风险性。

Maximization of the interest of schools, students and employers is realized by the cooperation between schools and employers on designing and implementing student-fostering according to specific requirements of different jobs. Possible limitations and risks inherent in the order-type vocational education are discussed as well. |
