直接氧化法合成聚合硫酸铁的工艺研究

摘    要:聚合硫酸铁是一种新型无机高分子絮凝剂,广泛用于各种工业污水的混凝净化处理。考察了氧化剂用量,氧化温度,浓硫酸用量,氧化剂加入速度,反应时间和产品稳定性等因素对聚合硫酸铁合成的影响。结果表明,合适的工艺条件为常温下,FeSO4,H2SO4和H2O2摩尔比为1∶0.26∶0.6,聚合反应时间为2.5 h,产品质量稳定,总铁含量和盐基度均符合行业标准和国家标准。

Abstract:Poly-ferric sulfate(PFS) is a kind of efficient inorganic polymer flocculants,it is widely used in waste water treatment.In this paper,effects of oxidizer dosage,reaction temperature,sulfuric acid dosage,reaction time and product stability on preparation of poly-ferric sulfate were investigated.The results show that the appropriate conditions are as follows: temperature is 25 ℃,molar ratio of FeSO4,H2SO4 and H2O2 is 1:0.26:0.6,polymerization time is 2.5 h,product is stability in 144 h,the total icon and basicity of PFS prepared under above conditions accord with the industrial standard and national standard.
