| Abstract: | A suggestion for Bailianhe hydropower plant is proposed in accordance with the analysis on its situation in the past and present that the aged hydropower plant should transform towards service-type enterprise, the quality of its workers and staff members will be improved and the development space will be extended in sevice business. |
