摘    要:以人工核对RTD文件的方法分析了遥测自动气象站大风记录的现状,认为造成目前遥测自动气象站大风现象结束时间记录不准的原因主要有两方面:一方面是用以处理大风记录的实时原始数据不完整,有些并非在58-60 s时出现,实际瞬时风速≥17.0 m/s,但小于该小时内极大风速小的数据可能反映不出来;另一方面则是处理软件(SAWSS和AWS-DataQC)自身的判断失误。本文提出在采集器中处理和存储逐分钟极大风是解决现有大风记录缺陷的有效方法,并根据编程实践总结了处理大风记录的流程,以供同行参考。

Abstract:The current situation of gale recording of telemetering automatic weather station is analyzed based on checked the RTD document by the man-power. There are two main reasons that caused closure time inaccuracy in gale phenomenon of present telemetering automatic weather station. One reason is that the primary real-time data used to process gale recording is incomplete. Some does not appear in 58-60 s and the actual instantaneous wind speed is ≥17.0 m/s, so the data is smaller than the extreme velocity in that hour can not be reflected. Another reason is that judgment fault in processing software SAWSS and AWSDataQC. This paper proposes an effective method that can solve gale recording defects by means of processing and storage every minute extreme gale in the collector. Based on the programming practice, gale recording procedures are summaried, which provide references for the colleague.
