摘    要:在氟硅酸钠生产中,硫酸钠与氟硅酸溶液配比的不同,会对氟转化率及污水中氟含量产生影响。过酸生产虽然成本较低,但氟转化率偏低(70%~72%),污水中含大量未反应的氟硅酸,且产品质量稳定性差。过盐生产导致氟硅酸钠生产成本上升较多,不利于节能降耗,但对氟转化率的提高有利且产品质量稳定。开发利用工业废碱生产氟硅酸钠,是氟硅酸钠生产最有前景的方法之一。

Abstract:In the production of sodium fluosilicate the different proportioning of sodium sulfate and fluosilicic acid will have an effect on the fluorine conversion and fluorine content in the sewage. Though the production cost of per-acid is low, the fluorine conversion is on the low side (70% -72% ), the sewage contains a large amount of non-reacted fluorosilicic acid, and the stability of the product quality is poor. Per-salt production will lead to a high rise in the production cost of sodium fluorosilicate, unfavorable for energy saving and consumption decrease, but it is beneficial to an increase in fluorine conversion, and the product quality is stable. The development of the utilization of industrial alkali waste for sodium fluosilicate production is one of the methods with the best prospects.
