莱芜高新区15层综合楼平移设计与现场监测

摘    要:莱芜高新区某15层框架-剪力墙结构建筑,地上总高度67.6m,对其进行平移设计与现场监测。介绍了该高层建筑平移设计中行走机构及托换结构选择、移动动力施加方式确定、现场监测内容及方法,提出了平移设计原则,详细介绍了新基础设计方法及其与原基础连接措施、柱下托换节点设计与分析、建筑物移动水平动力计算、施力点设计及PLC液压同步控制技术应用。实际应用及监测结果表明:采用沉降变形控制设计方法设计新基础,能够很好地控制新基础沉降量;柱下托换梁采用倒置牛腿设计,托换结构受力合理、安全可靠;采用大直径钢滚轴作为行走机构,可以有效降低移动阻力;采用PLC控制同步液压动力系统,可以保证建筑移位中动力同步施加和位移同步控制。通过监测得到了平移建筑物初始启动和正常移动过程中的加速度特性及该建筑平移阻力系数。

Abstract:This paper introduced the relocation moving design and monitoring on site during translation process for a building,which was fifteen-story high and frame-shear wall structure in Laiwu City High-tech Zone.The determinations of the underpinning structure and the walking mechanism during translation,the application form of moving power,and the monitoring contents and method were discussed,along with proposing the moving design principles.The design method of new foundation,the connection measures between the new and the original foundations,underpinning joints under columns were presented in detail.The design of moving power calculation and force action points was presented.The application of PLC hydraulic synchronous control technology was recommended.The monitoring results show that the design of new foundations using settlement deformation method is suitable for controlling the new foundation settlement.The design of underpinning beams under columns with upside-down nibs is safe and reasonable for loading.The moving friction is decreased effectively by using large diameter rolling shafts as walking mechanism.The synchronous control for forces and displacements is guaranteed by using PLC system.Through the continuous monitoring,the acceleration characteristics during the initial starting and the moving process are obtained,as well as the resistance coefficient throughout the moving process.
