| 摘 要： | 棒材自动计数问题一直是困扰我国棒材生产企业的一个难题,目前我国棒材生产企业普遍采用人工计数方法.针对这种情况,通过采用现代化手段和技术创新,开发出适合我国钢铁企业的棒材自动计数系统,可以有效提高劳动生产率,把工人从繁重的体力劳动和恶劣环境中解放出来,力求为企业提供高科技设备,填补我国在该项技术上的空白.

| Abstract: | Automatic counting online for steel bars is tough problem which has been puzzling domestic producers, even though it hasn't been commendably solved in the world scope. Thus, adopting both modernization means and technology innovation, an automatic counting equipment online for steel bars in the thesis which is developed to suit the domestic iron and steel enterprises will enhance productivity effectively and make the workers free from heavy physical labor and horrible working environment. And, it will also strive to supply high-tech equipment for enterprise and fill the blank up in this technology. |
