| 摘 要： | 此轮全球经济衰退周期具有复杂性及深远性等特征,中国企业面临巨大的挑战和机遇。我国企业必须按照生存或发展的要求调整自己的总体战略和经营战略,在此基础上,确定与之相适应的财务应对策略:一是以固定资产最小化和营运资本最小化为内涵、以效率提升为内核的紧缩型财务策略,二是以持续稳健成长为导向的扩张型财务策略。
