摘    要:异比重煤泥流化床燃烧技术具有煤泥结团燃烧、大粒度高位给料、不排渣运行等特点,结合循环流化床锅炉炉内喷钙脱硫技术,针对异比重煤泥循环流化床锅炉进行了两种脱硫技术工艺的探索和应用,确定脱硫剂与煤泥混合添加工艺脱硫效果较好,具有较强的实用性。

Abstract:Special features of the differential-density coal sludge FBC being combustion of aggregated sludge,high-level feeding of large particulates and operation without bottom discharge of residue;in combination with desulfurization within CFBC by calcite injection,application experiment of two desulfurization techniques in differential-density CFBC boiler carried out;mixed addition of coal sludge with desulfurizing reagent considered to be the better option for its better practicability.
