| Abstract: | In retrospect of the work over the period of the ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂ （2006--2010）, the article presents a comprehensive ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ （2011--2015） on rural hydropower development in Zhejiang by analyzing the situation of the present and the near future, and proposing the guiding principles, major tasks, key projects and necessary safeguard measures. |
