热轧热卷箱电气传动系统的改造

摘    要:提高热卷箱的传动稳定性和热卷箱的轧制速度对于增加轧线产能、降低生产成本具有重要的意义。简要介绍了热卷箱传动系统的构成,针对热卷箱主要设备的电气传动装置在使用中出现的问题,提出了电气传动系统改造方案,并对改造后的实际运行效果进行了分析。通过设备改造,提高了设备稳定性及轧制速度,充分发挥了热卷箱在热轧生产中的作用。

Abstract:Improving driving stability and accelerating rolling speed of the coil box is important for increasing capacity and reducing production cost of the rolling line.Briefly introduced the composition of coil box drive system,and put forward a transformation method of the coil box electric drive system according to the practical problems appearing during using the main electric drive equipments.Finally the proposed methods were proved to have actual operating effect at improving the driving stability and accelerating rolling speed of the coil box,and let the coil box play a better roll in hot rolling production.
