摘    要:利用超低碳和微合金化的成分设计,采用TMCP工艺,充分利用晶粒细化和针状铁素体与粒状贝氏体组织强化、下线堆垛缓冷24h等手段,保证热轧状态达到该钢种需要的屈服强度、伸长率,进而去掉热处理调质及回火工艺,同样在工业试制条件下得到韧性良好、屈服强度为570 MPa级的超低碳贝氏体钢。

Abstract:The hot-rolled plate met the requirememt of yield strength and elongation by ultra-low carbon,micro-alloying, TMCP (Thermomechanical Controlled Proces), and offline stackingslow cooling of 24 hours without quenching and tempering, making full use of grain refinement and acicular ferrite and granular bainite strengthening. The ultralow-carbon bainitic steel with good toughness and yield strength of 570MPa grade was produced under the same conditions in the industrial production.
