Conceptualized Dynamic Planning Model by Stages for National Parks

One of the major reasons resulting in failure in national parks of China is that planning cannot be really implemented. therefore, improving the operability of planning is one of the solutions. This paper reviews the thoughts and methods of planning for National Parks of China, analyzes the management programs, brings up a conceptualized dynamic planning model by stages of schemes, and explains its meaning of improvement, operation procedures and critical links.
