| 摘 要： | B4号服务式办公楼为部分框支剪力墙结构的超限高层建筑，其楼板尺寸和平面刚度急剧变化、部分剪力墙沿竖向上下不能对齐。通过合理布置抗侧力构件、控制建筑物侧向刚度、提高薄弱部位的抗震性能、设置适当的构造等措施，使结构整体设计既满足建筑功能的需要，又符合现行规范的要求。

| Abstract: | B 4 Suite Service Office - Building is overrun high - rise one with partial frame - supporting shear wall structure, whose floorboard dimension and plane stiffness is changeful sharply, the upper and lower partial shear wall can not stay aligned vertically. Through reasonable arrangement of lateral force tions resistance members, increase of seismic performance at weak position and fitting proper configura , overall structural design meets the requirement of both building function and current regulation. |
