| Abstract: | The forming technology of and the structure of the dies for the easy_pulling lid were introduced. And the characteristics and technical requirement of each die at different stage of the forming process for the easy_pulling lid were stated in detailed. The technical difficulty in forming the rivet button, the characteristics of the marking die, the technological requirement of marking and the structure of the riveting die for the pulling ring and the forming process of the rivet were analyzed. And the market prospect for localization of the dies for the easy_pulling lids was analyzed. |
