| 摘 要： | 在配电网自动化的实现和完善的过程中,存在着多个相关系统不协调的问题。针对太仓配电网信息管理现状,提出了将调度防误系统与OPEN2000调度自动化系统和地理信息系统配合使用的方案,并分析了该方案的设计、安全措施等。作为配电网自动化实施前的过渡期方案,该方案容易实现并有效。

| Abstract: | There is incoordination existing among related systems during realizing and perfecting of distribution automation.Aiming at the present status in Taicang distribution network information management,the paper provides a program that the misoperation prevention system will be used for OPEN2000 the dispatching automation system and geographical information system（GIS）.Designing and safeguarding of the program are also analyzed.As a transitional program before the implementation of distribution automation,this program is easy to be realized and can be used effectively. |
