| 摘 要： | 目的观察Akreos Adapt人工晶体使用的临床效果,评价其安全性和有效性。方法回顾分析我院植入Akreos Adapt人工晶体患者52例(52眼),随访观察视力、手术并发症及晶体居中性。结果裸眼视力≥0.7者48例,占93.3%,无严重手术并发症发生,晶体具有良好的居中性。结论Akreos Adapt人工晶体植入简单、安全、有效,具有良好的视觉质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Akreos Adapt foldable intraocular lensimplantation.Methods 52 eyes with Akreos Adapt foldable intraocular lens implantation from our hospital wereretrospectively analyzed,which included the follow-up of visual acuity,complications and central degree of lens.Results The naked visual acuity of 48 eyes(93.3%) was not less than 0.7.No severe complications were observedpostoperatively and the intraocular lenses were perfectly centered.Conclusion The implantation of Akreos Adaptfoldable intraocular lens is simple,safe and effective with good visual quality. |
