摘    要:本文讨论了火力发电厂12CrlMoV钢主蒸汽管道的蠕变损伤。有的弯管由于局部应力较高,蠕变损伤明显。在管子使用到蠕变第三阶段初期或损伤率达0.1%之前进行恢复热处理,可以恢复合金的显微组织和蠕变性能,并延长管子使用寿命。

Abstract:This paper discussed creep damage of 12Cr1MoV steel in main steam pipeline of power plant. Creep damage was marked in some bend which local stress is higher. Using the reheat-treatment the microstructure and creep properties of alloy could be restored and the service life will extend when the pipe uses prior to the early stages of the tertiary creep or the ratio of damage not exceeds 0.1 persent.
